Is it possible to process sequoia multispectral images with no Geolocation in them?
By default, the Ag multispectral template is using the Alternative calibration method which requires geolocation. In your case, as your images are not geolocated you should change the calibration to Standard.
You can use the 3D maps template in Pix4Dmapper, change to ag multispectral template before starting to process and then change the calibration method to standard.
