thanks for your fast reply. Yes, this was done with the v2.5. I uploaded some images for you. 4 images per camera group.
We captured with 0.5 s capturing interval, can this be the error source maybe? 
Also for this topic here ( Duplicate image warning rejecting valid images in Pix4Dmatic ), I somehow have the feeling this could also result from the 0.5s-intervall, too? if matic is reading the time form the EXIF and is only accepting seconds this could be a source of error? Can you please examine that and give some feedback? for both issues, the one here and the one in the link above?
