Pix4Dfields hanging when exporting NDVI operation to pdf

Hi, when I export my NDVI operation to a pdf, the computer (latest MacBook Pro) keeps hanging at 25% (I waited hours but the notification says only about 3 seconds remaining…). This is just for a small zone of 2ha. When I only export the ortho it works fine (within few seconds I get my custom pdf). I tried with multiple projects.

Update: I found out that it only works when I adjust the zone detail to less fine and more coarse.
