pix4dcatch doesn’t allow me to export all my data right now, even though I have a perpetual license for pix4dmapper!!!
I noticed in the previous post that all licenses can be exported, but mine can’t.

If you have a perpetual PIX4Dmapper license, you also need to have an active Support and Upgrade (S&U) subscription.
Are you logging in with your 371064786 account or are you using another account?
