I have problem with Pix4D Capture. Program don’t use high resolution for photos(5344x4016 (21.5MP)). Only use 4608x3456 (15.9MP). I have turn on option JPG Wide photos in FreeFlight 6.

Thank you for your feedback. Indeed, investigating on what you mention, some images are acquired with the resolution 4608x3456 (15.9MP) using the Android version of Pix4Dcapture.
I reported it to the developer’s so that they have a better look at why it is happening and fix it.

Is there now a fix for this problem ? can’t access to the high resolution (5344x4016 (21.5MP), only 4608 x 3456. i have set wide picture in FreeFlight 6. Same problem both on ios and android devices. Drone firmware ( 1.7.3 )- Very annoying.

I have in my possession images captured in April 2019 with Parrot Anafi and Pix4DCapture with a resolution of 20MP.
Yesterday Christina Gkintzou replied to me that Anafi can only take photos in 15.9MP.
I will be grateful if you can tell me if this will be the case permanently because in that way we waste 20% of the equipment sensor.

Parrot Anafi can capture images in two resolutions; full-frame (5344x4016) and rectilinear (4608 x 3456), however, as Christina said the Pix4Dcapture app is using the rectilinear resolution(4608 x 3456) to capture images.
The attached image was taken with Con Pix4DCapture and Parrot Anafi in April 2019.
Since when did they remove the ability to take Full Frame images?
You are right! this change was implemented in 2020
Not using the 21mp of the camera leads to a loss of having 20% less GSD at the same height.
What is the reason for that change?
