Panasonic Field Laptop Build

Currently looking at purchasing a Panasonic field laptop to use with an eBee + drone for data acquisition and post-processing with Pix4D. I have been back and fourth with the manufacture on the computer specs. Here is the best they can do with matching the recommended specs. Can anyone provide some feedback if this setup would be ok for both acquisition and processing? Most of the projects would be small as the setup is used for teaching at a college.
