Hey,
Does anyone create an orthoplan and reach the product that pix4d show on the site? (Attaching image)
And if so how?

Hi,
In reference to your previous conversation with Support Team what you are missing is that the quality of the final result has a lot to do with the way images are acquired. What you have to keep in mind is, that in order to get optimal results when generating orthomosaic of a facade, it is recommended to take images orthogonal to the object of interest. This allows the software to have enough overlap and information from the area of interest and can, therefore, compute a sufficient surface (DSM) that will be used for projecting the images and for generating the final result - orthomosaic of a facade.
In the following example, you can see that the camera each time is pointed to the subject of interest on a different height and from a different angle. The nadir images are not enough to reconstruct a building from aside that is why you need also acquire oblique images. Please read more about how to create a building reconstruction flight plan here.
We would also advise you to use the Generate DSM option when generating orthomosaic, this will allow you to see if there are any issues with the DSM:
Cheers!
