Orthomosaic of generated images have darker gradients.

Underneath, I’ve attached the Green band orthomosaic received after running pix4d on a set of raw drone images taken with the Altum-PT sensor. There are darker sections across the image which persist in images taken during flights at different times and days too.
When stitching everything together, the shadow gets much more prominent too.
Not sure how to fix this, so would appreciate any help

Hi, it seems there were rolling clouds during the flight.

This is caused by different illumination between images, and between the camera and the sunshine sensor.

Please inspect the data and discard underexposed images.
