I am looking for the offset.xyz file in a project on Pix4Dcloud and haven’t had any success finding it there.
In the Files/Results section, the Mesh OBJ download option seems to indicate that the offset.xyz file is part of it, but this file is not present when I download the zip file.
Do any of you know where I can find this file on Pix4Dcloud?
As already mentioned in our direct conversation, you are right, the offset.xyz file is supposed to be included in the bundle. I informed the developers, which are already working on it.
In addition, I would like to suggest you a workaround:
The offset.xyz file is included when you download the results folder as described here: How to download the results from PIX4Dcloud. Please be aware that you will need to download a large .zip file. I hope you will find this workaround helpful.
