Ntrip profile does not appear once created

Hi,
since the latest version of pix4d app (2.12.0), in order to connect to our RTK rover (vidoc for ipad) we have to create a Ntrip profile with a name. However, once saved and validated, our profile does not appear on the list so I cannot connect to it. Is anybody experiencing the same issue with the latest version ? It was working fine till thuesday… without rtk connection this tool is useless to us.
I have installed the latest iOS version as well.

could you please create a support ticket to investigate this issue further? This seems to be a strange problem.

Hi Fernando, I did create a ticket but they answered that as we dont have a support upgrade licence they will not consider the case. i would very much appreciate your help. Regards
