I have seen photos imported on top of Google map before but this time satellite images do now show up but photos still are imported.
How can I bring up satellite images when I import the photos into Pix4Dmapper?

Is it even possible to remove any functions from an older version?
I believe I have to pay a fee to update to the latest version from the version 4.4.
Is there any other way to fix the issue without updating?

Hello,
Pix4D software uses Mapbox as a base map provider. Mapbox shuted down its Legacy Static tiles API as of November 1st, 2020. Hence, the previous version, which uses the older API, has issues with the base map; however, please note that there will be no impact on processing and delivering the results. For more information, please go to the link below. If you would like to have the basemap, you are correct; you need to renew Support and Updates. Apologies for the inconvenience.
