First post so i am a newbie… We are looking to purchase a desktop to support our new drone fro accident reconstruction and Pix4 Software. I have seen several specifications suggestions but want to ask for an opinion on this one?

The answer will be different depending on the image dataset that you would like to process. For example, if you would like to process more than 1000 images at 14 MP, it could be difficult. For more information on system requirements, please go to the link below.

For about the same price, this system would perform much better in Pix4D:
Thanks is the RTX 3070 a better card than the 2080 or 2080 TI ? I’m seeing many more systems with that card over a 2080. the PIX4d does not list the 3070 as recommended
For Pix4DMapper, there isn’t much difference with nVidia 20 or 30 series cards. In general, the 3070 performs on par with the 2080ti in gaming.
