Hello everyone
After completing the editing process with Mosaic Editor, save the changes and extract them
I find this image in the file ,The image was saved with this name 20210707_MERG_ZONE_D_transparent_mosaic_group1
When I open the image using the GIS, the edits do not appear on it unless I zoom the image to the desired location
How can I solve this problem?
Thanks
Hi,
Welcome to the Pix4D Community .
It seems that there is an issue with the pyramids built by your GIS software. Please follow the instructions provided by the GIS software you are using and re-build the pyramids.
cheers
Thank you
But I think there’s two file .tiff should be on the file transparent and another one
That’s right?
The output you are getting depends on what you have selected in the processing options for the Orthomosaic:
Regarding the transparency in your orthomosaic, please check this article:
Hi,
I have the exact same problem, and I noticed that if I import the tiles individually in ArcMap 10.6.1, the edits appear, while they don’t appear if I import the merged mosaic.
I also noticed I have this warning while exporting the mosaic in the mosaic editor of Pix4Dmapper:
[Warning]: Warning w9020: GDAL Warning <1> TIFFReadDirectory:Sum of Photometric type-related color channels and ExtraSamples doesn’t match SamplesPerPixel. Defining non-color channels as ExtraSamples.
and
[Warning]: Warning w9020: GDAL Warning <1> C:/Users/mastc26/OneDrive - Université Laval/Documents/Umiujaq_2023/Photogrammétrie/Mission A/MissionA-test/3_dsm_ortho/project_data/meditor/tiles/MissionA-test_transparent_mosaic_group1_3_4.tif.ovr: TIFFReadDirectory:Sum of Photometric type-related color channels and ExtraSamples doesn’t match SamplesPerPixel. Defining non-color channels as ExtraSamples.
Could this be related to my problem?
Thanks a lot for your answer
