I am attempting to merge two projects and I keep getting the error that they are not in the same output coordinates even though they are clearly being output to the same ones.
Anyone run into this before?

It is likely that one of the project’s coordinate systems do not match across each of your sub-projects. Please verify that the Image, Ground Control, and Output vertical and horizontal coordinate systems match. You can find more detailed information about the three coordinate system conditions that must be met when merging projects, below.
- The coordinate system (both horizontal and vertical) of the images has to be the same. Note: A project with no geolocation can be merged with another project having image geolocation.
- The GCPs in the different projects have to be in the same coordinate system (both horizontal and vertical). Note: A project with no GCPs can be merged with another project having GCPs.
- The output coordinate system (both horizontal and vertical) of each sub-project needs to be the same. Note: A project with no georeference (arbitrary system) can be merged with a project with georeference.
