I was curious, has anyone been able to successfully generate an orthomosaic using the mavic 3 pro. Not the Mavic 3 Enterprise… i figured it may be possible with manual flight and correct overlap but i was wondering if anyone has had success?

Are you referring to a Pix4D software in particular to process an orthomosaic?
Pix4D products can process images from any camera/drone, as long as you follow the correct image acquisition plan and ensure sufficient overlap and the images contain the necessary EXIF/XMP tags:
