If you want to have a profile view of the point cloud in Pix4Dmapper, you could use the clipping box tool and draw a thin box of the part of the point cloud that you want to see. Then place the view from the side either using the viewpoint tools or the mouse to rotate the view.
If you want to digitize this profile and export it, you can draw a polyline while seeing the point cloud from the side and digitize the shape of the profile.
