Is this specs compatible with pix4d mapper

Are you strictly looking for the best performing PC for Pix4D? For $20kUSD, you can get a much much much better performing system than this Mac Pro.

Personally I would look at the AMD Threadripper or Threadripper Pro systems. For 40,000 images, I would get this ($17,600 USD):
