When you initially create a project in Pix4Dmatic, you are able to select an entire directory for import. When you select “import images” from within an existing project, you must select the images themselves. It may be minor, but being able to select the directory containing new images, rather than the images themselves would be beneficial. Particularly in larger jobs where an additional day of flying could add several new directories worth of images to a single project.

what you can do as a workaround is to drag and drop the folders with images in the PIX4Dmatic interface.
This way you will be able to import multiple folders even after the project is created.
