how to have a multispectral orthoimage output with all bands

I use a phantom 4 RTK MS drone that gives me 5 wavelengths. I tried to do the processing on pix4d but each time it returns several images for each band while I want to have a single ortho-image with 5 spectral bands.

Hello smansour,
It sounds like you would like to have a composite image with five spectral bands. PIX4Dmapper does not create composite images from multispectral imagery. You will need to use a third party software such as QGIS or ArcGIS which will allow you to build your custom raster.

You used to be able to do this by simply uploading to MicaSense Atlas, but that has been deprecated. I am also curious if there’s another way, because the Composite Bands tool in ArcMap is absolutely not the same. The end results are not comparable.
