How to get the orthomosaick imagery without any color artifacts?

I used DJI Matrice 600 pro with RedEdge-M camera attached to capture imageries. I obtained 5 individual tiffiles for each of the bands through Pix4D Desktop. I could see some areas unusually dark even in the Blue, Green, and Red tiffiles. (Please see the images attached below). When I made a composite RGB imagery in ArcGIS software, the imagery had high color variance. Can anyone suggest if this is something related to imagery acquisition or configurations in pix4d Desktop while mosaicking?

Flight overlap: 80%

Flight Speed: 5m/s

Calibration using reflectance panel: yes

Flight app used: Atlas flight

Template used in the Pix4Dmapper Desktop: Ag Multispectral.

Hi Bishwa,

The post shows only one composite image (the stack).

I could see some areas unusually dark even in the Blue, Green, and Red tiffiles. (Please see the images attached below) This is missing. Did you by chance forget to attach?

For the color variance (purplish color), you might want to have a look at https://community.pix4d.com/t/5396-Color-variance-problem-in-Orthophotos- and https://support.micasense.comhttps://support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/216541468-How-do-I-display-my-MicaSense-Multi-layer-GeoTiff-in-ArcMap-
