GPU not being used.

Good day Guys,

I want to find out the following:

My processing is using my onboard graphics instead of my RTX 3060.
And on step 3 in it using 100% of my CPU the whole time and take ages to process.
What can be the cause and why is the program not using my GPU?

The setup I have is as follows:
Ryzen 7 4750G
64Gb RAM
480Gb SSD
RTX 3060

Any advice or help will be appreciated.
