Georeference and output as tiff single thermal images (not stitched maps!) taken from an XT2 camera (rjpg format)?

Hi, I would like to know if Pix4Dmapper, or another Pix4D product could georeference and output as tiff single thermal images (not stitched maps!) taken from an XT2 camera (rjpg format). Some of my imagery is not good enough to stitch, but I would still like to output the single images as georeferenced temperature products that I can then analyze in a GIS software. Is this possible?

Hello @jonas.hamberg, You can only produce the reflectance map (stiched map) using the Pix4Dmapper software. You can use FLIR Tools if you are thinking of converting the raw rjpeg files into TIFF files with temperature reading on it.
