If you are interested in how a construction site or any other area develops over time, you switch between different datasets captured at different times. In 2D you can do that, crop and zoom levels are maintained. There is also the compare tool, allowing to models in 2D to be compared side by side.
In 3D, looking at point clouds or textured meshes, it would be very practical to have similar functionality, i.e., to be able to switch back and forth between datasets while maintaining the perspective (camera position and camera angles).
Also one could imagine cameras to be persisted as annotations (with links!), allowing to present a given model from a dedicated point of view, within Pix4Dcloud or even via web link.
