False positives in stubble using multispec

Im having a lot of trouble filtering out false positives using multispec. I’m using dji m3m, does gsd affect the amount of false positives? I only want to detect any green weeds in a stubble situation. I’m wondering if my settings are correct for the mission, e.g. camera settings, which I always have on auto?

Hi, it would help if you could attach some screenshots to this conversation so we can look at what you are looking at and what false positives actually look like.

At what height did you fly?
What is your GSD?
What vegetation index are you using?

Flying at approximately 60m agl, can’t remember the gsd, would have been around 3 I think. Using NDVI. I just know that often some stubble will show up as a colour and if you try and adjust the histogram it sometimes filters out small weeds as well as the stubble. Probably my main question is, is there specific settings I should be changing to on the camera or just leave it on auto when doing green on brown. Sorry for the late reply.

I set the NDVI histogram to 0.475 - 1.0 and it works pretty well. Sometimes I’ll set it to 0.450 if I want to get absolutely everything
