Failure connection Pix4Dcapture Pro with Phantom 4 Advanced

I’ve tried mapping with my Phantom 4 Advanced on new Pix4Dcapture Pro’s app, but having problems. The app connects and thinks I’m using Phantom 4 Pro turning red on top left and when I try to start the mission 2 items remain pending in the checklist:

-Please connect to the drone
-Camera model not found in the app database

In the old version of Pix4Dcapture, the Phantom 4 Advanced was recognized as Phantom 4 Pro, remenbering the only thing that changes would be the radio signal and anti-collision sensor on the sides.

Do you have any plans to resolve this problem?

Thank you for your message and for sharing screenshots.

Please note that the DJI Phantom 4 Advanced is not supported by PIX4Dcapture Pro and with this app it is not possible to select the DJI Phantom 4 Pro to control the DJI Phantom 4 Advanced.

Supported drones are listed here.

Good morning, I have the same problem. I have a DJI Phantom 4 Advanced and the app does not recognize the drone. Is there any possibility to connect it?

We do not have plans to add the DJI Phantom 4 Advanced to the list of supported drones. You need to use one drone from this list:
