Faild to create Folders

Hey,

so I get the Message “Faild to create Folders” every time I try to log in Pix4fields. The path isn’t stored on my local device, we use a storage on our server. I can’t switch the path because the message will not go away. As a result I can not log in . I use fields on Mac.

I had the same issue but on windows. Make sure that your computer has not changed the drive letter. that I what screwed me over. I had the exact same issue your having and changing it back to the correct drive letter fixed it.

Hi, as mentioned in the article: Failed to create folders - R0015 - PIX4Dfields
Make sure that the user has writing access to the selected folder.

  1. Make sure that the disk is not selected as the final folder. (for example, D:\ or E:\)
    Create a folder inside the disk and select the latter. (for example, D:\PIX4Dfields\)

  2. Make sure that no special characters are used on the path to the folder like middle bars.

  3. Ensure that the storage disk hasn’t changed. Sometimes from D:\/ to E:\ or vice versa.
