We are repeatedly asked whether we can also export fbx files. According to the Matic manual, this is not possible.
Your competitors Metashape and CapturingReality have implemented this for years.
Please create the possibility for exporting models as FBX-files, thank you!

Not a specific application so far. Just realized there is something missing our customers ask us for.
Currently this is not possible with Matic AT ALL, so what exactly is your question about?
We just don’t want to say “No” to a customer when they ask if we can send them FBX files. Especially if this customer then tells us that the competition can do this without any problems. We then run in troubles.
So, what can we tell our customers when it will be ready? Next month?
@drones6 as mentioned by Alvaro, this format is on our long to-do list and is competing with other improvements we’d like to add to PIX4Dmatic. We understand which format you are requesting, but it is also always helpful for us to know which third-party application we should be compatible with and which workflow it participates in, so that we can address the functionality as a whole. Any additional information you have is welcome!
