Error e0046, images corrupted

Hi,

I am new to using Pix4D, I ran my first flight with our DJI M300 and RedEdge-P sensor. I just started the process of uploading the images to Pix4D. I clicked start for initial processing and I got the error e0046, Processing failed. Generating grayscale normalized images: cannot read from rect […]. and I went back to my images in my file folder and the first 6 are corrupted, but they are the calibration images for the sensor. I am unsure of what to do next.

Thanks in advance for your advice!

I went ahead and unplugged the card reader again. I also reran the processing and for some reason it worked! The images aren’t corrupted anymore.
