Duplicate features when merging projects

I am working on a project merging photos taken with a Mavic 2 Pro and an iphone using Pix4DCatch. I have done the inital steps in both individual projects and have MTPs between each project. When I go to merge the projects into 1 file to make a good 3D mesh, featuers on the building duplicate and are offset from each other.

I have tried reoptimizing, adding more MTPs, reporcessing and I keep getting the same results.

Any suggestions or help on trying to solve this would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @uav1, The reason that the merged project comes with multiple layer is because the mtps was not able to merge them. I would suggest the following. Don’t have a lot of mtps, while marking mtps, make sure you only mark the ones in which the marker is clear visible. Even after merging the project, you can add more mtps to fix those kind of issue.
