I am working on a project merging photos taken with a Mavic 2 Pro and an iphone using Pix4DCatch. I have done the inital steps in both individual projects and have MTPs between each project. When I go to merge the projects into 1 file to make a good 3D mesh, featuers on the building duplicate and are offset from each other.
I have tried reoptimizing, adding more MTPs, reporcessing and I keep getting the same results.

Any suggestions or help on trying to solve this would be greatly appreciated.
