Given non-geotagged images of a video (with fixed frame rate), is it possible to retrieve the position in time of the drone (point source of the image) in Pix4D mapper?

I am not sure I understand your question. But Pix4D will be able to process your images even if you don’t have geotags. Process with standard calibration method: https://support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/205327965-Menu-Process-Processing-Options-1-Initial-Processing-Calibration
