It’s pretty hard to know exactly what happens in your case, but all I can tell is that it is a direct connection to S3. As most of our servers and storage are in the US, might it be that depending on your country/firewall limit the network to them?
Have you seen other disturbance on Amazon or with other downloads before? Is it the first time it does that on our website?
