Different site calibration transformation parameters for the same project

We have conducted multiple flights on the same site about 1km * 1km. The GCPs of different flights are measured in the same local coordinate system. However, when I checked the site calibration transformation file *** **project_name_image_to_output_transform in project_name\1_initial\params., I noted that the 7 transformation parameters are different. I am very confused about this fact, as the GCPs and output coordinate system do not change among these flights. Can anyone help me understand this please?
Thanks in advance.

Cheers,
Justin

Hi Justin. How much are they differing by?

Hi Holden @Holden_Greene ,
Sorry to replay very late.

We have 3 flights in this area. Please see the parameters in ***image_to_output_transform.txt in the 3 different files,
