I failed to input base elevation when flying and require to correct all z values on images. Is this possible in Pix4DMatic?
Hello @dronesurvey1
Yes, you can correct the values of the images by either:
- Select 1 Image in the camera table, hit CTRL+A to select all images, and then click on the Z value of 1 image, add your desired value, and hit ENTER to add the same value to all images. See image below:
- If you have an externalimage geolocation and orientation file, you can edit the file with a simple txt editor and import this to PIX4Dmatic.
Best regards,
Thanks Anastasis, I need to add 1.25m to each of the picture elevations already recorded in Ellipsoid height. As they vary slightly, is it possible to just ‘add’ the additional 1.25m to the actual ellipsoidal height captured?
Hello @dronesurvey1
In order to add 1.25m to each of the pictures, the simplest workflow would be to:
-
Open Cameras
-
Click on …
-
Export the image geolocations and orientations. This will export a .csv file that you can easily edit and add 1.25m to the Z column.
-
Save the .csv and then click on Import image geolocation and orientations
Note: pay attention to the Export CRS you are going to choose, and use the same when importing the edited .csv file
I hope this helps,
Best,
