Contour Line Elevation

Dear friends,

I have an issue that I have been trying to solve for almost 3 days using the Pix4D. The issue is elevation values in the contour lines, all of them are negative values. Any ideas what may have gone wrong or did I missed anything? I’m pasting a screenshot from the ArcGIS view.
