I feel like I am going crazy here, but I cannot bring in any csv or txt file for GCPs. I have been using Pix4D products for years going through the same workflows with no issues. I updated to the latest Matic and now I cannot bring in a simple csv file.
I have change the column names, rearranged the columns, even remove column headers for a simple Label XYZ column format.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Matic and even went down to a previous version 1.80.0. But nope. Nothing works. I even restarted my Windows 11 machine. I am just at a lost and hoping it’s some small thing I’m missing.
Unfortunately that revised CSV file still didn’t work.
What’s interesting is that I’ll open an older (few months) existing Matic project that had no issues. Remove those GCP’s and then add them back in using the same file that they were created with, but I encounter the same issue now.
GCPs revised 2.zip (554 Bytes)
I’m not sure why the last one didn’t work, but try this file. I loaded it into Matic, and the GCPs fell to the south of Durango.
Initially the CSV didn’t work, but since it had worked on your end, this told me that it was definitely something on my end. The issue stemmed from me adding the file from a network location and not locally. I do all my processing locally, but GPS stuff is stored with networked project folders that house all of our GIS projects as well. In the past this was a nonissue, but now looks like some internal policy changes have taken place.
