Thanks for the reply. How can I check the accuracy or quality of the point cloud in Pix4D? So far I know “Cloud Compare” software is used for the accuracy assessment of the point cloud.

Is it OK to export point cloud from Pix4D to check its accuracy in CloudCompare and reload the point cloud again in Pix4D to generate DSM?

I usually do it by visual inspection and clean point cloud noise.

The assess the accuracy of the project we recommend using checkpoints.

If you decide to export the point cloud and modify is externally, then you can import an updated version of the point cloud using the following instructions:
