Band Configuration Warning

Anyone have this issue? never had this problem before and went to process my fields and the multispectral data is giving this error. it will process for 30 min then shows a blank ortho. Small fields work, but anything over 200 acres gives us this message and will not correctly process any data. It will process RGB data no problem, but MS gives us issues.

**UPDATE**

Here is more information about this issue just to help get this problem solved ASAP (We map daily and need pix4d running it is mission critical) ive attatched log files because i know pix4d support needs them to really help someone.

I also have an issue where i cant select the weather condtions before processing. the menu is there but when i click on overcast or sunny it does not go through.

Images populate correctly in the screen when processing (this is at 40% after all images have been imported)

the time for processing also goes up continusly until i guess it gives up.

After processing this shows up when clicking on the ortho that was “Created”

The raw data is good. all 4 bands are there and the rgb band is there too.

ive attatched the log files to aid in pix4ds help.

thats all i can think of that would be relavent to this.

if i could have someone from support call me that would be amazing i really need this issue resolved ASAP and will do just about anything to get it to that point

Hi,

It seems you have a problem with the MSP images. Some bands of the same capture are not synchronized, and this breaks PIX4Dfields processing:

This could be related to a slow microSD; use a high-speed microSD card rated V30 or above. We have seen that this has solved the issue for many customers.

I will reach out on a Support ticket.

I will buy new sd cards and see if that fixes the issues. Thanks for the help!!

We bought a brand new 128gb U3 V30 sd card and the issue continues. any thoughts?

*SOLVED*

we recently took off the rtk puck because we were not using the rtk functionality. when we put it back on everything started to work!

SD cards were not an issue at all. were using the same ones ad before and they are woking great
