I am trying to export an Ortho with the annotation lines in the TIFF file. How is this done?

The annotations are vector files, which means that they can be exported as CSV, GeoJSON or Shapefile. The orthomosaic is a raster file, so it will be exported as TIFF. If you want to overlay both of the layers, you can do this by using geospatial software such as QGIS. This software allows you to import both the vector and raster layers and display them one on top of the other, provided that they are both in the same coordinate system.
