Aerial Image without GCP and Aerial Thermal Images

I am planning to buy Pix4dmatic. But before I buy I just want to know the following:

1. Can it process aerial images without GPS or the images are not geotagged?
2. Is Pix4d capable of processing aerial thermal images?
