I want to know the accuracy of my data, how i can assure that the after marking GCP’s my data is correct or how check the accuracy
i am attaching a screenshot which showing RMS error of .006m what is that mean?

Regarding your question on the RMS error, please take a look at this link on the Quality report specifications. Also, there is one more article regarding the GCP errors and this article as well, regarding the accuracies that I think you will find them very helpful.
