Wrong Height measurements

Hi,

I flew a mission at 40 meters ground height with about 16 GCP at a measured altitude of about 52 meters over the sea level, but when processing the images in Pix4d it shows an altitude of -25m in the images which doesn’t make any sense not even in the case it was measured below the sea level. Any ideas why I am getting this values?
