What am i did wrong …to get this kind of Point cloud and mesh ! !

The most probably reason why the points are not generated is because the wall is uniform and does not contain many visual features.
You could try to draw a surface in the rayCloud and use enable the Use for DSM and Triangle Mesh option.
This should fill in the hole you get.
