Video frame extraction No Geolocated

Hi all, 

I have a Phantom 4 Pro video in 4k 30 fps mp4 format and I have found that, when extracting frames, pix4d looses the geolocation of said extracted pictures. Does anyone know what the problem may be?

There is no GPS metadata attached to the frames of a video.
