RGB + IR - Using RGB to do the intermediate processing

Hello,

My objective is to generate two orthomosaics, RGB and Thermal.

I have drone flight media with RGB and Thermal images, I read somewhere that doing the initial processing, point cloud and mesh with RGB data generates a better RGB and Thermal orthomosaics.

I want to know if i can create a project, add both RGB and thermal images to it and do the initial processing, point cloud and dsm using the RGB and then generate both orthomosaics.
