Processing thermographic images

I currently use pix4d mapping to produce point clouds and pile volume data from photogrammetry and have found it perfect for that.

More recently I am looking to move into offering thermography as one of the services I offer and have a few questions for you.

1. Can data from a DJI H20t be processed in pix4d mapper?

2. What image format ( jpeg, cr2 etc) is needed to be processed in pix4d mapper?

3. Is there any GSD requirements from processing in pix4d mapper?

4. What image overlap is required for processing?

5. Should GCPs be used during data capture?

6. Are there any Web based sauces of information you can recommend that will show best practise?

7. Is there any other information you feel relevant to being able to capture and process thermographic data that I should know about?
