Hi, my android version of Pix4D Capture just updated and with the update for some reason all of the projects that were stored were lost and no longer available to view in the projects list.
Why is this? I had important projects in there that I would reuse to plan repeated flights over my research areas.
Is there any way to retrieve those lost projects?

Hi Corbin,
A Pix4Dcapture update should not clear stored data.
Using the Android built-in file manager, you should be able to see if your projects are still here.
To do so on your mobile device, head to Settings > Storage > Other and you’ll have a full list of all the files and folders on your internal storage. There should be a Pix4D folder. If here, tap on it and you should see your projects.
You can also do this operation by connecting your device to a computer.
Can you access your projects following the above procedures?
Note that it is possible to backup your data anytime by copying this Pix4D folder on a USB key or an external storage device. If an issue is occurring, you will be able to get back your data.
