For my project I have generated a DSM, a DTM and an orthomosaic. The DSM and DTM look good, but the orthomosaic is improperly located. It seems to be shifted from the location of the DSM/DTM. What could have caused this error? I am running the same process for a number of project areas and this is the only one where I’ve had this issue.
I’ve included a screen shot from QGIS showing the orthomosaic overlaid on the DSM. The red lines are connecting the same vegetation features in the ortho and DSM, which should be overlapping but are not.
