Orthomosaic_Color change

Good day,
While processing images on Pix4D Fields, the boundary trim feature created a color change after processing. As you can see in the pic, the left side is the raw pictures; right side is the trimmed image. No setting was changed during the process. Would this color change affect the processing of indexes?

Hi felixwatch,

no this will not affect the results of processing indices.
Its just because the absolute value range changes due to trimming it to just the vegetation and only a visual effect.

Here is an example with NDVI non-trimmed vs trimmed, same index values.
