My Ortho photo is not aligned with my GCPs in AutoCAD. Photo is off in the same direction and relatively same distance on all GCPs. Just don’t know if I’m missing something in processing? Had this happen to me on the last couple flights. Photo is within 0.12’ of GCPs.

Have you checked the coordinate systems of your GCPs and images? If there is a constant shift between them, then they might have different coordinate systems. I would also open the images and GCPs in QGIS, where you can see the geographical information directly: https://qgis.org/en/site/forusers/download.html
