If you experience instabilities during your flights with the Mavic 2 Pro, Pix4Dcapture cannot be responsible for that as our application is driving the drone from one waypoint to another but it has no control on the drone behavior itself in the air.
I would suggest you fly when the meteorological conditions are favorable, without strong winds, fog or high humidity. You can also set the speed sliders so that the drone will fly at a lower speed to get more stable maybe.
About the camera feed, can you have a look at the steps described in this thread to see if it solves the issue?
